WARBOUND by the Australian stallion WAR is our horse of the month.
The now 16 year old Thoroughbred dressage winner was owned by Ms. Chesley Russo of Cypress, Texas.

"Waverly", the Canadian Hanoverian Dressage champion, was owned by Ann Christian-Brown of Toronto. He was a winner at many shows and seemed to really blossom in his later years. As is frequently the case in the dressage world, it takes a long time to grow to know the intricacies of dressage moves. He was 16 years old as pictured here winning in the Nova Scotia Provincial Championships.

“WHITTAKER,” is this month’s Horse of the Month. He’s 12 years old now but his accompanying picture shows him
as a ten year old. NAES was asked to perform the appraisal for his insurance company’s significant increase in value.
He is owned by Ms. Emily Russell of Canton, Ohio.

"Harrison" is a 20 year old TB gelding owned by Lindsey Johnson of Parker, CO. Harrison, a competitive jumper in his younger years, is now teaching intermediate riders the ropes at Snowfield Farm.

This month’s horse is “Chamco”, a 9 year old registered Tennessee Walking Horse owned by famous country singer,
Sheryl Crow. NAES was asked to perform an appraisal for the charity, Friends of Sound Horses and Lori Northrup.

“AMSTERDAM” is an 11 year old Westphalian gelding owned by Ms. Virginia Kelly of Hinsdale, Illinois. She asked NAES to perform an appraisal which stressed his success as an upper level dressage horse.

“EL DORADO” comes from the ranks of the Hanoverian horses in Germany. Owned and shown by Ms. Nicole Lyvere of Lakewood, Colorado she and her horse were champions in numerous divisions in Colorado and California.
NAES was asked to perform an appraisal for a significant increase in valuation.

“SOUTHPAW” is an 8 year old Holsteiner mare who has showed successfully in the Open Jumper Division and is owned by
Ms. Sarah Capuano Scottsdale, Arizona. The mare is being held by Ms. Chris Phillips, one of the top professionals in the United States. NAES was asked to perform the appraisal.

The Horse of the Month for January, 2014 is the Belgium Warmblood, “LANCELOT,” who was shown successfully in the jumper division by the horse’s owner, Kathy Cadwallader, of Fountain Hills, Arizona.
