Horses of the Month for 2010

The horse of the month for December, 2010 is the 15 year old children’s working Thoroughbred hunter,
“Boardwalk” owned by Ms. Laura Jordan of Gahanna, Ohio. NAES was asked to do the appraisal.
November 2010

The horse of the month for November, 2010 is “Grandeur” who died in December, 2008.
NAES was asked to do the appraisal. “Grandeur,” a 10 year old Westphalian gelding was owned
and shown by the very successful amateur rider, Dawn Fogel of Kentucky.

The horse of the month for October, 2010is PENTACON, a 15 year old Arabian gelding.
The owner, Nancy Herlin, Austin, TX, asked NAES to perform the appraisal.
September 2010

The horse of the month for September, 2010 is
the recently deceased Friesian stallion, Naning 374. The number following the name indicates he was a rare
KFPS Approved Stallion. Naning 374 was owned by Scott and Shelley Kelnhofer of
Hortonville, WI. Lloyds of London asked NAES to perform the insurance appraisal.

Childrens Working Hunter “CHF Hollywood” owned by Ms.
Margaret
Ann Walker of Dallas, TX. “Hollywood” is shown here performing
at the Winter Warm-Up show in Glen Rose, TX., 2010.
Ms. Walker is 14 years old and is trained by Ms. Celine
Burch.

The
horse of the month for July, 2010 “HILLMORE ANNA MAY” is a 12 year old Clydesdale mare owned by the
Shuler Farms of Goodwater, Alabama. She was considered one of the top draft horses in North America.
NAES was asked to do the appraisal for the estate.

horse of the month for June, 2010 is the 12 year old Hanoverian mare, Moorea, owned by
Helen Yavich of Littleton, CO. The mare is shown here performing in the Preliminary Level Three-Day section.
NAES was asked to do the appraisal after the mare’s unexpected death.

Cadence,
owned by Karen Wilson of Davis, CA. NAES was asked to do the appraisal for the court.

horse of the month for April, 2010 - GERARD, is an 11-year old Austrian Warmblood owned by
Ms. Sheri Jennings of Oakland, CA. The horse has shown successfully in the upper levels of dressage.
NAES was asked to do the appraisal.

horse of the month for March, 2010 - BANACEK, is a 14 year old Warmblood gelding
owned by Ms. Lisa Moolic of Groveland, MA. NAES was asked to do the appraisal.

The
horse of the month for February, 2010 is the 11 year old Oldenburg
Grand Prix Jumper, “ABC Lanzelot,” formerly owned by Ms. Linda Smith of California.
NAES did the appraisal. The picture is Lanzelot after he won the $40,000 Grand Prix
at Los Angeles Equestrian Center in 2004; Hap Hansen was the rider.

"Blossom" owned by Denise Moore of Helotes, Texas.
