Horses of the Month for 2004

The Horse of the Month for December, 2004 is the Thoroughbred
"Answer Do", (Winner of $796,000), pictured here
in 1992 with jockey Gary Stevens, (one of the stars of the
hit motion picture, "Seabiscuit"), after winning
the "San Carlos Handicap," (G2) at Santa Anita Park.
The horse was trained by Lyman & Bradley Rollins. As of
December 1, 2004, "Answer Do" still holds the North
American record for six furlongs on grass: 1 minute, 7 seconds
flat.

The Horse of the Month for November, 2004 is the famous Missouri
Foxtrotter stallion, "Southern Sunrise". He currently
stands in Marshfield, Missouri.

The Horse of the Month for October, 2004 is the 10 year old
fine harness American Saddlebred mare, "Tropicana Twister"
pictured here winning at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center.
JKW Stables, Scottsdale, AZ is the current owner.
September 2004
Horse of the month for September is the six year old registered
Appaloosa mare, Mighty Sweet MMR, with Ken Thompson
up. The horse is currently showing in California.
August 2004

Horse of the month for August is Fairre Warning, ridden by
Ms. Chloe Holmes who made "Top 10" in Saddle Seat
Equitation at the 2004 Arabian Youth National Horse Show.
Fairre Warning, a 17-year old half-Arab is owned by Peter
and Susan White.
July 2004

Horse of the Month for July is the Oldenburg stallion, Donnerschlag.

Horse of the Month for June, 2004 is the Friesian 12 year-old
mom "Yfke" and her filly, "Luna." Both
are owned by the CEO of the United States Equestrian Federation,
John Long of Shelbyville, KY.
May 2004

Horse of the Month for May is the Oldenburg gelding "Lalique,"
owned by Ms. Marissa Demers of Scottsdale, AZ. The horse
helped its owner achieve an average score of 59.188 in the
American Dressage Association's yearly standings.
April 2004
The Horse of the month for April is "No Pan Intended"
owned by Bob Glazer's Peter Pan Stables of Ohio. The National
Trotting Associations voted the pacer "Horse of the
Year," having won the pacing world's Triple Crown;
The Cane Pace Final, the Little Brown Jug and the Messenger
Stakes. The driver is David Miller.

Horse of the Month for March, 2004 is the stallion, "Alla'Czar,"
arguably one of the best producers in the US. His daughter,
(pictured last month), "Czaristic," won the IHF
(International Hunter Futurity) in 2003, and was 2003 USEF
National 2 Year Old Breeding Champion. He stands in Gilbert,
AZ.
February 2004

The Horse of the Month for February is "Czartistic"
an Oldenburg/Thoroughbred mare who won as the USAE 2003
National Champion Two-Year Old.

The Horse of the Month for January, 2004 is "Mikhail,"
owned by Ms. Pat Carleton of Carefree, Arizona. The horse
is a registered 8 year old Thoroughbred and was Reserve
Champion in the Green Working Hunter Division for Zone 8,
USAE, 2003. Shown here ridden by Ms. Katie Rosenzweig.
